An Afternoon at the Theatre for Tupwood Residents

Tupwood residents took a trip to the Churchill Theatre in Bromley this week to enjoy a pub lunch and live Panto. We had a great time watching Snow White (and having an ice cream during the interval too!).

Farm Therapy at Tupwood Gate

Fiona's Farm Therapy was a hit with staff and residents this week! Animal therapy can help us feel calm, connected and is mood-boosting. We really enjoyed meeting the rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and a duck.

Ukulele Band Perform for Tabley Residents

Last week we welcomed The Lostock Uke's to Tabley House, a wonderful Ukulele band who performed lots of different tracks to get everyone dancing! Staff and residents really enjoyed the entertainment, and we look forward to having them back soon.

Sounds of the Fifties at Tupwood

A big thank you to Pablo Rodriguez who entertained the staff and residents recently. He sang many songs from Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darrin and Richie Valens. It was a joyful afternoon and we were thoroughly entertained!

Tabley House Garden Party and Retirement Celebrations

Tabley House recently held their annual garden party, a day of summer fun for residents, staff and families. This year, the event provided an opportunity to celebrate the Registered Manager, Karen Lynskey, who is soon retiring after managing the service for almost 20 years.

Tupwood Gate’s Garden Centre Trip

We enjoyed our latest trip to the garden centre in Chelsham recently, browsing the summer stock and gifts. There's always time for a pit stop for coffee and cake too!
