On Saturday 10th August, Tupwood Gate Nursing Home held a summer fayre and fundraiser. The party saw residents, past and present, come together with family, friends and staff for a fun-filled day for a good cause.
Tupwood Gate recently had a visit from ZooLab, who provide education and animal therapy sessions. Residents were able to meet and handle snakes, spiders and a Gecko. Everyone really enjoyed the session learning interesting facts about each of the different species.
April is Jazz appreciation month and the residents at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home have been celebrating with some fantastic performances.
Residents at Tupwood Gate had the opportunity to share a vintage afternoon tea with their relatives or loved ones this month. This was the first booking and the team are looking forward to welcoming more visitors over the coming weeks.
Tupwood Gate recently had the pleasure of welcoming Bobby to visit his great great grandma, Annie. Bobby visited with the rest of the family and this fabulous picture captured five generations enjoying spending some time together.
