Tupwood residents took a trip to the Churchill Theatre in Bromley this week to enjoy a pub lunch and live Panto. We had a great time watching Snow White (and having an ice cream during the interval too!).
Tupwood Gate have been continuing their live performances with a Reggae singer earlier this month. Friday 1st July was Reggae day and Jean – Claude joined the residents and sang some classic Reggae hits!
Ernest Morris, Tabley House Nursing Home’s very own war hero celebrated his 100th birthday on the 28th June. Two days earlier Ernest’s family arranged for a surprise birthday party at the Tabley Tea Room, next to the nursing home.
Tupwood residents recently enjoyed a real treat when a troupe of Morris Dancers brought traditional English folk dancing to the nursing home.
Residents enjoyed making some wind chimes last week using some dried poppies and colourful beads.
Yesterday the residents at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home enjoyed a trip out to the Knights Garden Centre.
