Last week our residents enjoyed the talents of Peter Donegan. Peter is Lonnie Donegan’s son, and Peter played a couple of his dad’s songs.

Carousel Theatre Company returns to Tupwood Gate
On Monday 26th September Tupwood Gate Nursing Home were delighted to welcome back the Carousel Theatre Company. This time they came to provide some nostalgic memories of 1950's television with their Watch with Carousel show.
Sounds of the Saxophone at Tupwood Gate
Residents at Tupwood Gate recently enjoyed a saxophone performance. It was enjoyable listening to the sounds of the saxophone and familiar songs sang, including ‘stranger on the shore’, originally played by clarinet. Our residents participated singing along, dancing and moving to the music.
Punch and Judy come to Tupwood Gate
Residents at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home recently enjoyed a visit from a Punch and Judy show performed by Tom.
Move and Groove Project finalist in this year’s National Children and Young People Awards
We are delighted to announce that Move and Groove, an intergenerational music and sport collaborative project, which included the participation of the residents at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home, has been named a finalist in this year’s National Children and Young People Awards.
