On Saturday 26th September members of the team from Tabley House Nursing Home in Knutsford took part in their own Race for Life to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Hundreds of Race for Life events have had to be cancelled this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
To keep the spirit of the national event alive this year organisers invited people to run, walk or jog a Very 2020 Race for Life from their park or back garden, on their own or in their social bubble.
The seven staff from Tabley House, which included members of the activities, housekeeping, care and catering teams, set off in two groups on their four-and-a-half mile fundraiser from The Slow and Easy pub at Lostock Graham and completed their route at the nursing home.
They all had a great time and have so far raised about £300 for Cancer Research UK.
