Tupwood Gate’s Halloween Celebrations
We had a fabulous Halloween here at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home. Our fantastic activities team arranged cupcake decorating, a themed-quiz, and a crafting session where residents made their own hats and accessories.
Tupwood Residents Enjoy Yoga Session
Seated yoga has many benefits including; improving strength, better balance and supporting concentration. Yoga Instructor, Jane, joins us every fortnight and leads sessions for residents (and staff often join in too!)
Music, Songs and More at Tupwood Gate
We thoroughly enjoyed our latest visit from Lyn and Ian at Music, Songs and More. They delivered a music therapy session, where residents use instruments and take part in a music quiz.
Therapy Dogs Visit Tupwood Gate
Every fortnight, we have a visit from the vicars of St Mary’s and St John’s in Catherham for a church service. This month, Reverend Jaimee was accompanied by her two therapy dogs, Rosie and Hobbit. Residents and staff loved having a cuddle!
